Meetings

Maltby Town Council’s meetings are held on Thursday evenings. Members of the public are
welcome at all the meetings. However, it is only at the public participation session prior
to the Full Town Council meeting that members of the public can address the members.

Maltby Town Council has a Full Town Council meeting on the first Thursday of each month which
commences at 6.30pm. Prior to the meeting from 6.30pm - 7pm members of the public may come
along and address the Councillors with any concerns or queries they may have. When the meeting
is opened there is no public participation allowed, however, members of the public are welcomed
to stay and listen.

The Events Committee meeting is held on the second Thursday in the month, the meeting commences at 6pm.

The Finance & Staffing Committee meeting is held on the third Thursday in the month, the meeting commences at 6:30pm.

The General Purpose Committee meeting is held on the third Thursday in the month, the meeting commences at 7pm.
